You will need:
½ cup of milk caramel sauce
2 cups of wheat flour
4 beaten eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
Cut the banana tips, peel and divide into three pieces.
Using a vegetable peeler, make a hole in each piece, but without sticking to the other side.
Fill the banana pieces with caramel sauce.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Heat the oil at high temperature.
Empane frozen bananas wheat flour, beaten eggs and then finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the bananas until golden brown.
Pass the fried bananas in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Serve with ice cream!
